I just wanted to shoot you a quick email and give a couple of "atta boys" to a few people on your staff. Greg, Alan (in service) and Ashley have all been very helpful with some issues I have had (nothing bad, just a few titling hang ups, coast guard documentation issues and some parts and service things) All of them (especially Alan) have been very responsive and helpful. I appreciate the fact that when I call and leave a message with someone there that I always get a return phone call. This is not very common these days with most businesses. When Ashley answers, she always asks how I am and how is the boat. It's refreshing to experience the feeling that your staff actually "cares" about the customer. They all know exactly who I am and what boat I have and it's nice to get that personal service. My only regret is that you are so far away!!
